All mobile food service vehicles (food trucks, carts, trailers, etc.) operating in San Diego County are required to store their vehicle at a County-Approved commissary. This is to ensure that health, safety and environmental standards are kept. No mobile food vehicle will be permitted by the Health Department until they have acquired a “commissary letter” from a commissary, such as Moody’s, stating they have permission to utilize the commissary.
Our centrally located food truck commissary is licensed by the County of San Diego and equipped with everything your food truck needs for success.
